05 / Manufacturing framework
The images now sit beside the stages they explain. This framework records the inputs, review questions, manufacturing constraints and handoff basis that connect those visible states.
Provide the current controlled drawings, customer-owned thermal duty and geometry, interface schedule, requested materials, quantity, project requirements and the condition expected at delivery.
Identify revision status and mark which dimensions, faces, openings and support locations are fixed. If the package is preliminary, state what remains open so a manufacturing proposal is not mistaken for an approved design change.
We map the proposed scope from selected or supplied finned tubes through connections, frame integration, joining access, staged checks and protection, then return questions tied to the affected drawing or interface.
Each question includes the manufacturing reason, the downstream consequence and the decision owner. The review distinguishes information needed for quotation from detail that can be resolved only after an order-specific drawing exchange.
Separate components compete for the same access, reference features and handling space. The fabrication route resolves sequence and restraint before a later operation hides the feature that still needs control.
Useful checkpoints occur while adjustment is still possible: before tube ends enter a connection, before the bundle closes the frame, after joining affects a datum and before covers or restraints hide an interface.
The quotation and review record define what is supplied, prepared, fabricated, assembled, checked, documented, protected or excluded. Customer-controlled requirements remain governed by the approved drawings.
The final handoff follows that same basis. It identifies the assembly condition, open or protected interfaces, selected records and any loose items without implying a universal test package, certification or guaranteed thermal result.

Before a route is accepted, each transition should name the controlling input, the feature that must remain available, the manufacturing question and the person authorized to approve a change. That record follows the work from quotation into fabrication detail, temporary support, assembly sequence, selected checks and final protection. If a drawing revision changes an interface or delivery state, reopen the affected decisions instead of carrying an earlier assumption forward. This keeps the finished unit connected to the current customer basis without transferring thermal design or equipment-selection responsibility.
